Job Description

The successful candidate will work with Yang Daiwen on Protein-based vaccine development under a project on Oral and Immersion Vaccines against Viruses in Asian Seabass.

The main responsibilities of the position include

1. cloning of DNAs into plasmid vectors, 
2. protein expression in bacteria,
3. protein purification,
4. purchase of consumables.

Qualifications

• Qualifications / Discipline:
• At least BSc (honours) in Life Science
• Skills:
  1. Basic molecular biology techniques,
  2. Oral and written communications.
• Experience:  
  1. Experience in gene cloning, protein expression and purification
