The School of History & Heritage at the University of Lincoln is looking to appoint a Lecturer in Black History. Those with a specialism in Black British History are particularly encouraged to apply. This is a research and teaching post and is a permanent position. Applicants should have a developing research profile and publication record in Black History. This post will entail the development and delivery of modules relevant to the study of Black History at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, as well as contributing to team-taught History modules at all levels. You will have a PhD in a relevant discipline and evidence of an emerging (grade 7) track-record of producing high quality research and publications. The successful candidate may also be asked to teach in other areas of history as required and will be expected to contribute to Open Days and other recruitment activities.
