Associate Professor in Entrepreneurship, Leadership and Innovation Management

The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to teaching and curriculum development for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in Entrepreneurship and International Business Management. They are expected to play a lead role in collaborative research projects and conduct ongoing original research and publications in the areas of Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Leadership.
Candidates must have a PhD degree and preferably postgraduate degree (or equivalent) in Entrepreneurship or related areas and excellent communication and presentation skills in English. Knowledge and experience in teaching Entrepreneurship, Leadership, and Innovation Management courses with emphasis on the role of technology in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management are necessary. Experience of supervising PhD and Master Students and experience of teaching, tutorial or laboratory work at undergraduate and postgraduate level in an international English speaking institution are preferable.
Salary will be within the range of RMB 580,035 to RMB 688,900 per annum depending on skills and experience (salary progression beyond this scale is subject to performance). In addition, an attractive package including employment service allowance (accommodation and annual return airfare to home country for candidate and family), tuition for children at local international school, moving expenses, and insurance will be provided for this appointments.
The post is available from 01 December 2021 and will initially be offered on a fixed term contract with the University of Nottingham, Ningbo, China for a period of five years starting. This contract may be extended on an indefinite basis by mutual agreement.
