About the position

Reporting to the Executive Director of Sport, and working closely with the Director of Swimming, this position will be responsible for the oversight and development of the Bond Swimming Elite Squad program. In conjunction with the Director of Swimming, this position will plan and implement an integrated training program in line with the overall Bond Sport Strategic Plan. The Bond University Swimming program offers world class facilities and support and is home to a top 5 National Age Team.

About the person

To be considered for this appointment the successful applicant will hold a Gold Licence Swim Coaching qualification ASCTA, together with demonstrated experience in coaching elite swimmers. An understanding of swimming best practice in both technique, training and competition preparation is essential.

A current first aid certificate and an understanding of OH&S requirements is also essential for this appointment.

Salary details:
