It has a strong record of research and innovation in staff development, working in partnership with students, and enhancing the student learning experience including through online and digital pedagogic practices. It continues to invest in these areas as well as supporting broader scholarship and interdisciplinary projects.
As Head of the DLTE, you will lead the Department and manage its staff as they take responsibility for developing and delivering the portfolio of staff development in learning and teaching, contributing to strategy and policy development in relation to learning and teaching, and supporting quality assurance and enhancement across the University.
