Job Description

• The candidate is expected to have research expertise in either of the following areas:
  • Vector biology and host-pathogen interaction
  • Computational biology
  • Biotechnology (e.g. applied fish biology, plant pathology, etc)
  • Nature-based climate solutions (impact of climate change and solutions)
  • Biodiversity and evolutionary biology
  • Other Life Science areas
• Participate in teaching at undergraduate and/or graduate level as well as supervision of students.
• Contribute to service duties as required.

Qualifications

Candidates with PhD and an excellent publication record in the following areas:

• Vector biology and host-pathogen interaction
• Computational biology
• Biotechnology (e.g. applied fish biology, plant pathology, etc)
• Nature-based climate solutions (impact of climate change and solutions)
• Biodiversity and evolutionary biology
• Other Life Science areas
