Role responsibilities:  these will involve facilitating learning across different modes, including classroom, web-based media and in clinical settings.  There is an expectation of pastoral support for students, academic assessment and the supervision of student projects. You may also be required to undertake module leadership/specific project leadership as appropriate.

Applicants: Need experience of working within the field of Mental Health. This role is not specially for registrants but open to all professionals working within Mental Health care and have experience or interest in teaching pre-registration nursing students. You will have experience of teaching or supporting student nurses either in a Higher Education Institution or in clinical practice. You will have demonstrable ability to work within a team and possess effective communications skills. A post-graduate qualification in a relevant area is desirable. A teaching qualification or willingness to undertake one will be essential.
