Applications are invited for a 50% fractional appointment as Lecturer in Educational Psychology in the Department of Psychology (Ref.: 504115), to commence on September 1, 2021 or as soon as possible thereafter, on a one-year temporary basis or a two-year fixed-term basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.

Applicants should possess a Master's degree or above in Educational Psychology or a related discipline with at least 5 years' post-qualification experience of professional practice in educational psychology. Fluency in both English and Chinese (including Cantonese) is required. The appointee will be required to supervise educational psychology trainees, and perform both teaching and administrative duties in the Department. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits. At current rates, salaries tax does not exceed 15% of gross income. The appointment on fixed terms will attract a contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 15% of basic salary.
