  • $79,051 to $85,546 pa (plus 17% superannuation)

An exciting opportunity exists to join our team as a Dentistry Operations Coordinator. The position will play a key role in assisting with the day to day operations of the Clinic by managing the Clinics administrative and reception services, monitoring the Clinics budget and assisting the Clinical Director with operations.

Individuals who can demonstrate good financial acumen, strong interpersonal and communication skills, can cope well with prioritising tasks and managing competing demands, in a busy and complex work environment, with a strong desire to contribute meaningfully to a health care setting, are encouraged to apply.

To be successful you will have:

  • A degree with relevant work experience or an equivalent level of knowledge gained through a combination of education, training and/ or experience
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and patient-centred customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing demands
  • Demonstrated ability in data analysis, budget management and interpretation of financial reports

Charles Sturt University Dental and Oral Health Clinics are dedicated to the facilitation of Dentistry Services in the Universitys multi campus clinics. The focus of the Clinics is to operate in a sustainable and business-like manner within the context of a University environment and to seek opportunities that will support the operation of the School of Dentistry and Health Sciences while providing a standard of health care in the regions in which the University operates that complies with dental accreditation standards. The Clinics will maximise the opportunity for students to undertake clinical experience necessary to meet their educational and professional requirements and will foster strong professional and community support. Charles Sturt University offers both private dentistry and student dental clinics to the general public.
