If you are a Speech and Language Therapist now is a truly exciting time to join our dynamic and forward-looking institution; we represent a new breed of university, a fast-growing, gold-rated university where staff and students work collaboratively and create world-changing knowledge and research. We offer our staff simply a life changing opportunity.

The School of Health and Social Care is looking to expand its pre registration portfolio to offer a MSc ( pre registration) Speech and Language Therapy. We are therefore looking to recruit a registered Speech and Language Therapist to work closely with the Associate Professor for Allied Health Professions and the Lincolnshire Speech and Language Therapy community to develop and validate this brand new programme for delivery in 2023.

The School of Health and Social Care has established an enviable regional, national and international reputation for its teaching, its research and its broad educational opportunities.  The School offers a range of undergraduate, post-graduate degrees and post registration continuous professional development programmes. We have an income of over £11m, 120 academic staff and over 1800 students registered on the School’s programmes across Nursing, Midwifery, Social Work, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Paramedic Science, Health and Social Care and Research.

Candidates should share our vision of enhancing the health and social well-being of our community and support our ambition of being recognised as a key market provider for health and social care education in the region. We are looking for an individual who is dynamic, innovative and has a can do approach to facilitating change. The role will involve the delivery of pre and post registration education, delivery across a variety of programme where the post holders area of expertise is of value and we are particularly interested in candidates with an interest in leadership, service development and service transformation.

We are also happy to consider job share or joint post appointments, so would welcome part time applications.
