The University of Lincoln continues to grow rapidly, supporting the needs of our society and our economy and now boasts a full suite of health care education including our new medical school. Due to expansion of our pre and post registration portfolio we are looking to recruit an HCPC registered Occupational Therapist to join the OT teaching team. The successful applicant would be joining an expanding team of   AHPs delivering BSc, pre reg MSc and post reg MSc modules.

Candidates should share our vision of enhancing the health and social well-being of our community and support our ambition of being recognised as a key market provider for health and social care education in the region. We are looking for an Occupational Therapist who is dynamic, innovative and has a can do approach to facilitating change. The successful candidate will primarily be undertaking delivery of our MSc Occupational Therapy (pre registration) role which successfully graduated its first students in 2021. The post holder will also be expected to engage with education  across a variety of other programmes where the post holders area of expertise is of value .

The School has excellent relationships with a range of local, regional and national stakeholders integral to the development of the health and social care education agenda, and the provision of a highly skilled workforce. We are committed to inter professional and collaborative working in teaching and research.

The University offers a fantastic working environment with our School teaching facilities and offices overlooking the Brayford Pool Marina. There are great additional benefits of working for the University including 35 days annual leave per annum pro rata with additional bank holidays and University concessionary days.

We are also happy to consider job share or joint post appointments, so would welcome part time applications.
