Estates and Facilities (E&F) provides a wide range of services to staff, students and visitors across all campuses including estate planning, engineering and maintenance, conferences and catering, domestic services, transport and security.

About the role
You will be based in the Estates and Facilities department and will provide effective and efficient technical support to the department and its external customers in relation to CAD drawing work and site measurement.
You will possess a minimum skill level equivalent to achievement of NVQ2, GCSE or City and Guilds in Computer Aided Design. An HNC/D in a building related subject would be desirable. Experience using CAD software and equipment is essential. Estates and Facilities currently use AutoCAD 2020. A knowledge of Planon would be an advantage.
You will have proven work experience acquired in a relevant technical role.
