Job Description

The Executive (Compensation and Benefits) administers the Compensation, Benefits and Performance Management policies, procedures and programmes.

• Administer the University’s benefits programmes
• Administer the performance management and claims system
• Manage the employee benefits insurance renewal, from handling tender process to coordinating staff communication sessions and managing the enrolment
• Support in the review of compensation, benefits and performance management policies, procedures and communication materials
• Research and analyse information on compensation statistics, market sentiments and economic indicators to support C&B strategies and initiatives
• Support in the compensation and benefits surveys participation
• Provide advisory to managers, staff and HR Business partners on benefits and performance management related queries

Job Requirements

Academic Education and Experience

• Degree qualification, major in HR/Economics/Statistics preferred
• At least 1 year of HR experience as a Generalist or C&B specialist
• Ability to analyse business requirements and possess general understanding of HR and integrate knowledge into HR policies, procedures and programmes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel
