Through its recent research intensification strategy, ACU has become globally recognised for its research excellence in education, health, and theology and philosophy. It is ranked within the top 50 universities in the world for nursing and top 75 for education.

This role offers an opportunity to build on existing world-class research performance whilst strengthening and broadening the University’s research footprint and culture.

As part of a high performing leadership team, the Deputy Vice-Chancellor will provide vision and strategic leadership to the Research and Enterprise portfolio and will be integral to the University’s ability to achieve its strategic aims.Exhibiting the relationship building qualities to engage government, industry and research community partners, they will develop and drive an innovative and enterprising research strategy that will inspire and enhance the University’s reputation as a partner of choice.
