About the Role

As the Digital Media Designer, you will be responsible for creating effective media resources, audio, video and/or animation for online learning and other digital environments. You will be part of the project team and will work closely with Senior Learning Designers to ensure successful outcomes. In this role, you will work in collaboration with a range of stakeholders including Learning and Teaching staff and students to achieve strategically aligned and sustainable outcomes.

About you

As the successful candidate, you will have:

  • Extensive experience in leading design, delivery and evaluation of professional development in the area of active, flexible and blended learning
  • Capacity to lead, influence and support the production of digital and print media solutions for online and blended learning courses
  • Strong skills in the application of communication design principles and protocols for diverse audiences and for print, web-based and digital media forms
  • Previous experience in using Articulate / Adobe Creative Cloud product suite and competency in implementing and maintaining web technologies
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders at a various seniority level

Qualifications

Relevant qualifications and proven experience in digital design or learning design, and appropriate relevant industry experience.

Note: Appointment to this position is subject to passing a Working with Children check.
