“There are really wonderful opportunities here to work with a whole range of people; to do really fantastic work, in a really great environment. If you come and see the place, you'll see how interesting modern up to date and friendly it is and I think you'll definitely want to come and work here.’ Niro Siriwardena, Professor of Primary & Pre-Hospital Health Care

The work we do here at the University of Lincoln matters, and working here, you will make a lasting impact on students’ lives. Our student experience is central to what we do so you’ll need to be passionate about what you do, and always looking for ways to improve. We offer an innovative and forward-looking working environment; an award-winning range of staff benefits and a great development programme. We offer our staff simply a life changing opportunity

Due to the expansion of our Postgraduate: Post Registration portfolio, the School of Health and Social Care at the University of Lincoln are seeking to recruit a Registrant (NMC or HCPC) with an Independent and Supplementary Prescriber annotation.

Candidates should share our vision of enhancing the health and social well-being of our community and support our ambition of being recognised as a key market provider for health and social care education in the region. We are looking for a prescriber who is dynamic, innovative and has a can-do approach to facilitating change. The role will involve the delivery of pre and post registration education, delivery across a variety of programme where the post holder’s area of expertise is of value and taking responsibility for the non-medical prescribing education to NMC and HCPC registered professionals.

The University offers a fantastic working environment with our School teaching facilities and offices overlooking the Brayford Pool Marina. There are great additional benefits of working for the University including 35 days annual leave per annum pro rata with additional bank holidays and University concessionary days.

We are also happy to consider job share or joint post appointments, so would welcome part time applications.
