Northumbria University is seeking a Head of Change Management.

Our vision is to be a research-rich, business-focused, professional university with a global reputation for academic excellence. As Head of Change  Management, you will play a key role in supporting stakeholders to fully engage in transformation initiatives that contribute towards achieving this Vision.  You will provide strategic leadership to this function, developing and managing our capacity and approach to change, working with colleagues right across the institution to help bring them on our change journey.  Working closely with senior leaders, you will implement change management plans for key initiatives and support them to a successful conclusion. You will lead overall communications about change initiatives. You will also be a member of the senior management team in the Vice-Chancellor's Office and the University's extended leadership team. You will be engaging and approachable and able to work collaboratively with a variety of teams and functions, operating strategically and independently. You will bring a collaborative, collegiate, empowering and inclusive leadership approach.

If you feel you have the expertise in managing people through change and the ambition to make a difference in a university with a growing reputation as a challenger institution, we would be delighted to hear from you.
