Applications are invited for the post of Lecturer in HRM (Teaching and Research) in the Department of Human Resource Management and Organisational Studies, within the School of Business and Management. This is a permanent appointment, subject to a probationary period.

This is an exciting opportunity to join leading international scholars in the areas of Human Resource Management and Organisational Studies. The Department has a highly collegial ethos and a strong academic reputation in the field. Research interests include: international and comparative HRM, HRM strategy, knowledge management, employee representation, organisational behaviour, organization studies, responsible business, business ethics, and diversity and inclusion.  In terms of pedagogical approach, the department advocates a research-led curriculum, participative learning, inclusion and an orientation to impact and practice.

You will hold a PhD on a topic within HRM (exceptionally, appointment may be considered if the PhD is very near to completion). You should have the very clear potential to publish research of an internationally excellent standard and will have at the least the beginnings of a track record of such publication. You will also have the potential to generate research funding and research impact. You will have the ability to teach and assess HRM at Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels and you will have experience of having done so on at least one of these levels, as well as having the potential to supervise doctoral research. You will have a strong commitment to delivering excellent teaching and be able to work flexibly as part of a team in the delivery of teaching and assessment. You will have the potential to contribute to administrative roles.

The post is based in Egham, Surrey where the College is situated in a beautiful, leafy campus near to Windsor Great Park and within commuting distance from London, but you may be required to undertake some work at other locations in the UK or overseas.
