Student and Academic Administration (SAA) is looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant to join its teams supporting student experience in the Faculty of Medicine.
The student experiences teams provide administrative support for all aspects of the student lifecycle including enrolment, academic programme management, student financial and pastoral support, assessment management, progress management and graduation. You will work closely with members of the teams and colleagues across the University to ensure effective and professional support for all aspects of student experience activity.
This is an exciting opportunity for somebody who would like to learn about administration in an education context. You will be an excellent team player, well organised and adaptable. Excellent communication, organisational and inter-personal skills are required as is a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
At present, in addition to some on-campus working where/if the business need requires, you would be expected to mostly work remotely in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
