Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow / Research Assistant I / Research Assistant II (4 posts) in the Department of Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineering (Ref.: 503771), to commence as soon as possible for one year, with the possibility of renewal.

Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree (for Post-doctoral Fellow) or a Bachelor’s degree (for Research Assistant I / Research Assistant II) in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields of study from either a local university or a non-local university among the top 100 institutions for the relevant subject. Knowledge and skills of blockchain, mobile and/or cloud programming would be advantageous.

The appointees will participate in research projects related to industrial blockchain applications under the supervision of Professor George Q. Huang. They are expected to be committed to the project schedules and will assist in handling laboratory routines.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits. At current rates, salaries tax does not exceed 15% of gross income.
