About the position
The Faculty of Health Sciences and Medicine are seeking to appoint a client focussed and highly organised administrator as part of the Business Services Team. The team provides administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the Faculty across all its academic programs. Team members work across administration tasks in one or more of the following areas – logistic, finance, purchasing, travel, human resources and customer services.
This is an exciting time to join the Faculty Business Services Team, which is taking an increasingly proactive role in ensuring service excellence and continuous improvement in business processes and activities.
About the person:
The successful candidate will be a proactive, dynamic individual with a proven track record of working autonomously in a busy environment and managing an array of commitments. You will have outstanding attention to detail and accuracy in your work and will enjoy being part of a collaborative team in a growth environment.
The proven ability to meet deadlines without compromising standards of service and quality is essential, as is excellent interpersonal and business support capability.
Applicants will be interested in cross-training to progress their career in the Faculty.

Remuneration for this appointment commences at $35, 394 plus 9.5% superannuation per annum. This is the 0.6FTE prorated salary.
