An exciting opportunity has arisen for full-time HR Admin Support dealing with casual workers to the University. The position is initially fixed term until 31st March 2022 covering a secondment.

You will be part of the UniWorkforce Team who, as part of HR, provide a professional and responsive temporary recruitment service to University managers and workers. The job title on appointment will be UniWorkforce Administrator.

You will provide high quality, timely and customer focused administrative support, this role is essential for the team to deliver an efficient and effective service to the University.

Duties include:

  • Set up and maintain HR records, inputting data accurately and maintaining Data Protection compliance
  • Respond to enquiries, either face to face, by email or telephone
  • Undertake employment right to work checks, ensuring compliance with UKVI legislation
  • Receive and process candidate registration forms issuing casual worker permits and updating records accordingly
  • General HR Administration
  • Use various HR and candidate management systems to carry out role
  • Use Microsoft Office software

About you:

You will be naturally well-organised, enjoy working as part of a busy and varied team and have a good eye for detail. You will have administrative experience, excellent communication and organisational skills and be experienced in using Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge or awareness of relevant employment legislation such as data protection and employment right to work legislation would be an advantage.
