AC4 £51,034 - £59,135 per annum
35 hours per week

In 2021, the UWS School of Business and Creative Industries is continuing to make a significant investment in academic posts to support its strategic  development and to help further position the School as a key player locally, nationally and internationally.

To support our commitment to enterprise activity and position the School as a key player locally, nationally and internationally, the School now seeks to appoint a Senior Lecturer (Enterprise) to support the School in the co-ordination of the its enterprise activities and to deliver an outstanding student experience in the field of enterprise across our portfolio of programmes.
 
This successful candidate will be passionate about enterprise and will contribute to the ongoing expansion of this subject area delivery as well as to commercialisation activities.  You will play a significant role developing the School’s enterprise agenda, working with external stakeholders, PSS colleagues and leading on the innovation hub and related activities and will further identify opportunities to help build the reputation and profile of our School as a leading contributor to the economic and social development of the communities in which we work.
 
You should be qualified to postgraduate level and will have successfully completed (or are working towards) a PhD or equivalent Doctoral degree.

You will be able to demonstrate a strong track record of enterprise and business support. You should be confident in working with external partners and have a good knowledge of the Scottish economic development and business support. You will also possess experience leading and developing online and hybrid delivery of credit and non-credit bearing learning, teaching and training.

You will have opportunities to help build the reputation and profile of our School as a leading contributor to the economic and social development of the communities in which we work as well as engage in exciting international opportunities.
