The successful candidates are likely to hold a doctorate, or be close to completion. Chartered Membership of the CIPD and substantive HRM/HRD practitioner experience is desirable. To be appointed as a Senior Lecturer you will need demonstrate your engagement with the academic research community evidenced by journal publications.  You will be expected to contribute to the leadership of the Undergraduate HRM courses and be committed to excellence in teaching at all levels, with the likelihood of teaching levels 5 and 7 specialist HRM/HRD modules. You will be expected to make a significant contribution to the research and innovation profile of the School.  You will have drive, an innovative approach to research, learning and teaching, and enjoy working collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
