Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow in the School of Biomedical Sciences (Ref.: 503486), to commence as soon as possible for one to two year(s), with the possibility of renewal.
Applicants should have a Ph.D. degree preferably in Bioinformatics, Statistics, Computer Science, Biophysics, Biomedical Engineering or a related quantitative discipline. Preference will be given to those with experience in next generation sequencing data analysis and cloud computing. Applicants should be organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in an interdisciplinary team. The appointee will develop and apply big data and artificial intelligence methods to a range of biomedical problems, including single cell data analysis, metagenomics analysis, and digital health applications.
