The School of Health and Social Care sits within the College of Social Science and offers a range of Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Post-Registration degrees and programmes. We have a growing income, 120 academic staff and over 1800 students registered on the School’s programmes across Nursing, Midwifery, Social Work, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Paramedic Science, Health and Social Care and Research. 

The School is seeking to recruit an External Income and Projects Manager to support our post-registration / postgraduate portfolio. The post holder will work closely with the Deputy Head of Department with responsibility for this area of business, to continue our successful delivery of post-registration education and support the School ambition to increase its post-registration / postgraduate offer. The post holder will have a pivotal role in the liaison with external stakeholders and the oversight of  external projects and contracts from tender to delivery.

This role requires an enthusiastic, self-motivated and highly organised individual with excellent communications skills. The post holder will work as part of the School administrative team, but is also expected to work on their own initiative and prioritise their workload to meet tight internal and external deadlines. The post holder is also expected to use their judgement to deal with queries and problems on a daily basis.
