Job Description
The successful candidate will work with Prof Wang Shu on Adoptive transfer of ex vivo prepared immune effector cells to augment their anti-tumour immune responses under a project of THE VICTORY (Virus-Induced Cancer: Translational Oncology Research & Immunology). The main responsibilities of the position include: -
- Immune cell isolation, culturing, and expansion.
- Genetic modification of immune cells using CAR.
- Functional testing of CAR modified immune cells.
- Lab maintenance and management.
- Report and paper writing.
Qualifications
- PhD or MD in Biomedicine.
Skills:
- CAR immunotherapy project design and implementation.
- Immune cell isolation, culturing, and expansion.
- Genetic modification of immune cells.
- Functional testing of modified immune cells. Experience: CAR immunotherapy against cancer, cell and molecular biology.
