Salary: £40,322 to £49,553 plus £4800 London weighting
Contract Type: Fixed Term - initially for 12 months

The Cloud Finance Support Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day operational support delivered to the Finance functions of the University through the Oracle Cloud ERP system and its associated integrations.
You will have solid experience with financial systems (ideally Oracle) with a desire to move along with technology and can embrace SaaS solutions. The successful applicant will be responsible for the triage of issues, managing the processes, user management, configuration changes all within a governance structure, whilst also assessing and managing the quarterly patches that come along with the adoption of SaaS cloud services.
You should be able to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills ideally gained within an IT environment, an understanding of Finance systems, be flexible in your working pattern as out-of-hours may be occasionally required, have strong communication skills as engagement with University staff and software suppliers will be essential and be a good team player.
This role will sit in the Finance Team and is accountable to the Assistant Director of Finance and the Cloud Applications Manager for the continual support and functional development of the Oracle Cloud ERP system which is currently being deployed and will operate within the same environment as the Oracle Cloud HCM installation at the University of Greenwich.
The role is within the Finance Directorate and will also complement the existing IT operational functions of the University.
