About the position

The Marketing, Brand and Customer Experience team at Bond University has a clear vision to raise the University’s global reputation as a premium institution with a distinct value proposition, to generate growth opportunities and to encourage more students to consider, engage with, and ultimately choose to study at Bond University.

We are looking for a qualified marketing professional with experience in web and project management to join our team. As the Website Project Lead, you will be responsible for the delivery of the Website Transformation program of work. With this project already well underway, you will be supported by the Director, Marketing and Customer Experience and the broader project team to deliver the final stages of this exciting and transformational project.

We are looking for someone to hit the ground running bringing solid website and project management skills and experience to the table. With multiple project streams and a variety of internal project team members, stakeholders, subject matter experts and external suppliers, you’ll be a confident multitasker with proven abilities to keep projects on track to deliver great outcomes.

The Website Project Lead will be responsible for project governance including project documentation and reporting.

About the person:

You will be the type of person who is energised and inspired by working on major or transformational projects. As a strong team player and communicator, you will be comfortable building positive and productive relationships with a range of stakeholders, suppliers, and project contributors.

You will be disciplined in your pursuit of ensuring project deliverables are of the highest quality whilst balancing the need to keep the project on time and to budget.

The Website Project Lead will be a talented project manager with proven experience in managing digital marketing, web and/or ITS projects. You will be thorough and consistent with the formal project management and governance duties.

You will have a strong work ethic and an ability to manage challenging situations that are a natural part of major projects.

As the Bond University Website Project Leading driving a transformational website project, you will have a keen eye for detail and thorough approach to successful project implementation.

Salary details:

The salary for this position will commence at  $81 910 pro rata plus 9.5% superannuation.
