013068 Administrator - Admin Support Team 2 posts, Permanent and Temporary 3 year post, UCD School of Public Health, Physiotherapy and Sports Science
The School of Public Health, Physiotherapy and Sports Science (PHPSS) Office requires an Executive Assistant who will report into the Director or their nominee. A key priority of this team will be to provide dynamic and flexible administration support to the School.
The Administration Support Team will provide high level day-to-day administrative expertise to the School, supporting the seamless delivery of academic and student supports in an effective and professional manner. This includes the delivery of a highly flexible, responsive and effective service to students, schools, staff and other key stakeholders to support the collective efforts of the School. The post holder will initially provide support for Occupational Safety and Health/ Public Health. Experience supporting part-time adult learners in a University setting will be required.
The post will operate in an exciting and evolving environment. The appointee will engage in a range of duties and responsibilities to support the successful implementation and operation of the academic and student support service of the new School Team including the new USM when implemented in the University.
Executive Assistants assigned to the Administrative Support Team will provide cross functional support e.g. Marketing & Communications, Research Support, Programme Support, Committee Support, VP or academic Support and will have a dotted reporting line to a nominee within their primary area of focus.

Salary Scale: €25,455 - €40,594 per annum
Appointment will be made on scale and in accordance with the Department of Finance guidelines
