The Department of Real Estate, School of Design and Environment (SDE), The National University of Singapore (NUS) invites applications for a full-time, tenurable position in real estate and urban planning.

The Department aspires to advance holistic knowledge of real estate and urban development for sustainable and inclusive urbanization in Asia through innovative research and teaching. The Department has an excellent research track record and connection with global research communities in real estate, urban economics and city planning. Strong research support is provided by NUS Institute of Real Estate and Urban Studies (IREUS) and we offer competitive remuneration and other benefits. The appointee will be involved in teaching at undergraduate and/or graduate levels, academic research, and administrative duties, where required.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess a doctoral degree in Economics, Finance, Urban Planning or Real Estate; or expect such a degree to be conferred at the time of appointment. Candidates must have an outstanding publication record and a commitment to research and teaching excellence.
