Job Description

We seek an exceptional PDF to lead projects in perovskite materials innovation and large area perovskite-based tandem solar cell. You should have a PhD degree in chemistry, physics, materials science, electrical engineering, or similar field with strong hands-on experience in perovskite semiconductor synthesis, perovskite thin film co-evaporation and characterisation, and large-area solar module fabrication.

Qualifications

Candidates must have a good first-authored publication records, > 3 year research fellow experience, a high motivation for innovation, excellence and flexibility to work and deliver results. Candidates are expected to bring excellent organizational and time-management skills; excellent communication skills, including the capacity to offer thoughtful and clear technical guidance on research projects; and clear and efficient writing. 

Candidates must bring proven expertise in two or more of the following domains:

• Perovskite/Si tandem solar cell design (2T and 4T, perovskite on Si);
• Co-evaporated perovskite processing; (efficiency of >20%);
• Perovskite solar module (efficiency of >17% in device area > 10 cm*cm);
