DutiesTeach and supervise students at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, including BA, MA, MPhil and PhD; undertake research and administrative duties in academic programmes and student activities.
RequirementsA PhD in Art and Cultural Heritage with competence in undertaking research and teaching in two or more of the following areas: Cultural Heritage, Archeology, Art History, Museum Studies.
Applicants who are interested in interdisciplinary studies and have substantial working experience in academic or research institutions are especially welcome. Preference will be given to candidates with relevant teaching and/or professional experience, strong research and administrative ability, and a proven record of publications. Successful candidates are expected to use both Chinese and English as the medium of instruction and to commence duty as soon as possible.
Salary and Conditions of ServiceRemuneration package will be driven by market competitiveness and individual performance. Excellent fringe benefits include gratuity, leave, medical and dental schemes, and relocation assistance (where applicable). Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract.
