Job Description Summary

Administrative Coordinator for Business Economics and Public Policy

Job Description

Work closely with BEPP Business Administrator and Phd Coordinator to implement policy and procedure for the Applied Economics Phd Program. Advise Phd students on Phd requirements.  Manage Phd recruiting applications and follow up with Phd Coordinator and recruiting committee.  Coordinate weekly department workshops and seminars.  Arrange travel and lodging accommodations, email workshop announcement and arrange meeting schedule for workshop guest speakers.

*This is a part-time position (25 hours/week).

Qualifications

H.S. Diploma or GED Required, with 5-7 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience within a College or University setting preferred.
