Job Description

The Research Specialist B will be working with the Principal Investigator to conduct scientific experiments on ongoing projects of targeted nano hydrogel inner ear approaches for the treatment of inner ear diseases and nano molecular therapy for the head and neck cancer treatment. The position requires experience and skills in molecular and cell biology, in vitro and ex vivo experiments, hearing evaluation (auditory brainstem response) in vivo and inner ear morphology study. He/she must be able to identify and resolve technical issues to implement assigned projects. He/she will collect, evaluate and interpret data, and be responsible for laboratory maintenance including existing animal protocols. He/she will be drafting scientific papers and help for grant applications.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree and 1 to 3 years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
