GROWTH MARKETING MANAGERMIT Technology Review (TR), to play a vital role in the growth of TR’s brand and its journalism, events, and products. Will create purposeful marketing that demonstrates TR’s mission, how it is the leading voice in technology journalism and why its readers can (and should) subscribe; lead the paid marketing budget; and demonstrate a vision for how TR can best promote its products across platforms.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED:  bachelor’s degree; at least five years’ experience in marketing, paid media and expanding a brand footprint, preferably a publisher, with tactical and measurable results; experience across all aspects of digital media, including Facebook advertising, across marketing tech-stacks, automation, web, measurement, and analytics; proven ability to research, design, and execute top-of-funnel marketing campaigns, ensuring that the cohorts generated meet conversion and retention goals; ability to analyze data to tell the full customer journey story for every campaign, with a focus less on vanity metrics and more on metrics that drive the business forward; willingness to remain current on market and media trends and the implications for the business, including developing a point of view on new acquisition opportunities and present findings; vendor management experience and ability to manage and drive vendors to achieve goals as they optimize campaigns for conversions; and experience finding and exporting data, building new segments, and building dashboards within analytics systems (Google Analytics, Data Studio preferred).  Seek someone who is goal oriented and able to connect activities and actions to engagement and conversion goals.  Job #19229-8
