SENIOR DIRECTOR OF BRAND PARTNERSHIPS, MIT Technology Review (TR), to be responsible for building and growing revenue-generating relationships with clients and prospects. Will work closely with clients to deliver compelling marketing strategies through the sale of integrated, cross-channel solutions, including digital, print, native, event sponsorship, and custom work. Responsibilities include maximizing sales to technology companies with a national and global focus through TR’s suite of solutions; working closely with strategically important clients and their agencies to sell them integrated, cross-channel advertising solutions; persuading clients and prospects to buy digital and print advertising space and related advertising services across industry sector; managing account list with monthly/quarterly/annual revenue goals; identifying and generating technology prospects using internal and external resources; developing and maintaining relationships with key customers and identifying and selling to potential customers; practicing a variety of proven sales techniques, primarily face-to-face, but which may include cold calls, sales blitzes, letters, presentations, and visits; establishing strategic partnerships that help further support and amplify the TR brand; negotiating and closing deals; working with TR web developers/designers to execute requests, optimize campaigns, and deliver and traffic ads; partnering with internal analytics team to project and drive long-term business objectives; implementing annual sales strategy and plans to develop specific, consultative, sales; and tracking sales revenue to report on sales achievements to date.

Job Requirements
REQUIRED: bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication, or related field; at least seven years’ sales experience; thorough understanding of the latest digital and/or e-marketing tools; and experiencing driving solutions that require complex analysis and interpretation of circumstances and issues.
