The coordinator works on all aspects of online and residential high school programming including assisting with marketing and student recruitment, reviewing program applications, coordinating background checks for instructional staff, supporting enrollment management and triaging technical support inquires, and leading the operational logistics for on campus programs and events.

Job Description

The Administrative Coordinator of High School Programs is a key member of the Wharton Global Youth team. The coordinator works on all aspects of online and residential high school programming including assisting with marketing and student recruitment, reviewing program applications, coordinating background checks for instructional staff, supporting enrollment management and triaging technical support inquires, and leading the operational logistics for on campus programs and events.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate on-campus programing logistics, including classroom requests, transportation needs, site visit admission, certificate processing, and instructor needs
  • Coordinate operational support for all online summer and academic year programs 
  • Background Checks: Coordinate the communication and processing of federal and state background checks required for working with minors for relevant instructional staff 
  • Serve as lead on ZenDesk ticketing system to triage inquiries, ensure timely responses across programming buckets, and address programming questions

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required, with 1-2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience within a College or University setting preferred.
