Job Description

This position reports to the Director of the Office of Student Affairs and works closely with the Associate Dean for Student Affairs, the Associate Dean for Student Success and Professional Development. The position provides support mainly to the Associate Dean for Student Affairs, including calendar and schedule management, as well as organizing, coordinating, managing and accessing medical student transition events, and support for student academic development. This person will organize programming and coordination for Orientation, White Coat Ceremony, and Parents and Partners, as well as Graduation events such as the awards lunch, graduation prizes and certificates, and school-wide ceremony and University participation, including corresponding with public affairs and other external communications groups. Coordinate Match Day Events. Coordinate career development programs and resources including MS4/ERAS class meetings. Coordinate the MSPE Bottom Line for all graduating students and AOA Selection Committees including meeting scheduling and providing data. Maintain MD Program website and Orientation website.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
