The University of Greenwich is embarking on a high-profile transformation project to implement a new system and put service delivery at the heart of our Finance & Procurement function. 

We are looking for a Head of Finance Transformation to lead and manage a transformational change project to reshape Finance & Procurement, complementing the implementation of a new finance system and leveraging value out of new system functionality.

You will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing a new finance operating model which will introduce business partnering to enhance the service delivery. You will define and develop the culture of Finance & Procurement leading on culture change.  

We’re looking an ACCB Qualified Accountant (or equivalent) who is an outstanding communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and persuade across a diverse organisation. You have substantial experience of working at a senior level in Finance and leading large-scale finance change/transformation.
