Part-Time, Permanent, 0.5 FTE, (Job Share – preferably Wednesday till Friday)

Starting salary is £33,797 per annum pro rata. London Allowance of £2,134 will be payable in addition to salary.

Applications are invited for the post of Student Administration Manager (Timetabling) in Student Administration.

Student Administration is responsible for a wide range of administrative and policy related roles central to the student lifecycle.  The Student Administration section is a diverse area which manages all the central administrative functions in relation to the student life cycle including; Enrolment, Examinations, Results, Academic Timetabling, the Graduation Ceremonies, and the Student Service Centre.

The Student Administration Manager (Timetabling) is responsible for overseeing the scheduling and maintenance of the academic timetable, producing the main exams timetable and the term time room booking process. 

Candidates for this post should have excellent IT skills, organisational skills and an ability to manage other members of staff. Experience in systems and academic timetabling would be advantageous. They should also be committed to contributing to the continual development and provision of a high quality service to students and staff.
