About the position

The International Regional Coordinator has a key role in delivering on the University’s International Student Recruitment Strategy which aims to raise awareness of Bond’s program offerings and unique selling points, and to attract a high quality and diverse cohort of students into the university’s programs.

Working as part of the international student recruitment team and reporting to one of the international regional managers, this position will develop and nurture relationships in designated markets with prospective students, education agents, and key staff from international high schools and partner institutions.

The successful applicant will be based at our Gold Coast campus. Travel and participation in recruitment activities outside normal office hours will form a part of this role.

About the person:

The ideal applicant will be degree qualified in a relevant discipline, have a minimum of three years’ experience in a student recruitment or equivalent sales experience and a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets. You must be  able to work independently and enjoy building relationships with a range of different internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

Previous experience in the tertiary or higher education sector would be advantageous as would an understanding of the marketing and recruitment ethos at Bond.

Candidates will be sales-oriented, dynamic, and innovative with a constant focus on service excellence and a commitment to working collaboratively.

Salary details:

The salary range for this position is $68,130 - $74,448 p.a. plus 9.5% superannuation, commensurate with skills and experience.
