Job Description
A Research Assistant (RA) position to support a dengue virus project is available in the laboratory of A/P Sylvie Alonso, Department of Microbiology&Immunology, LSI Immunology programme.
The candidate should have a Bachelor degree with honors in Life Sciences, and some experience (minimum 8-10 months) working in a research lab. The candidate should be familiar with sterile mammalian culture techniques. Prior experience in virus culture and animal work would be preferred.
Qualifications
- Hold BSc in Life Sciences or related disciplines
- Positive attitude – Able to work independently and as a team.
- Meticulous, able to work well under pressure and commitment to meeting tight deadlines.
