Are you looking for an innovative and dynamic working environment with an award-winning range of staff benefits and an inspiring development programme? Here at The University of Lincoln, we offer our collaborative and customer focused community of staff ‘simply a life changing opportunity’

Our professional HR Department staff have relationships with every area of the University at both a strategic and operational level. Human Resources covers the areas of operations, reward and benefits, organisational development, equality, diversity and inclusion, and engagement and wellbeing.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our award-winning Operational Services Team as a HR Assistant.

Our team supports the HR function in terms of delivering against the University strategic objectives, and ensuring that a professional and solutions-driven administrative service is provided. To succeed in our team, you will need to work with minimal supervision and be able to ensure that work meets our high quality standards. You will be a clear and effective communicator with keen attention to detail, and you will thrive on putting our customers at the heart of everything you do.

As well as working with colleagues in the HR Department, you will build relationships and work collaboratively with academic and professional services staff across the wider University community, our students, and candidates who are eager to join us at Lincoln.

Please note that the closing date given is a guide. We reserve the right to close the vacancy early once we have received a sufficient number of applications, so we advise you to submit your application early to prevent disappointment.
