Job Purpose
The School of Technology is looking for somebody to coordinate and deliver the operational learner journey and meet the expectations of BPP’s learners on corporate/apprenticeship programmes. The
role is an integral part of the delivery and student support teams across the University and will report to the Programme Operations Manager ensuring a smooth educational journey for all learners.
The post holder will carry out key operational tasks related to each learner’s journey in conjunction with key stakeholders across the business. This includes communications to students, clients and stakeholders inside and outside the school, managing and responding in a timely manner to administrative and learner queries as well as ensuring that all key milestones are met operationally
for each cohort and programme. It is anticipated that the post holder will take full responsibility for 1-2 programmes but can support across all programmes delivered by the School. They will work very closely with the Head of Programme (HOP) for their area/s.

Candidate Criteria
ESSENTIAL
- Experience in coordinating operational processes
- Managing expectations of key stakeholders
- Experience of working within a service delivery environment working towards KPI's and SLA's
- Demonstrable experience of commitment to improving service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Ability to manage complicated operational challenges
- Excellent written communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent computer/IT skills
- The ability to work well in a team and be collaborative
- Good communication and active listening skills
DESIRABLE
- Ideally educated to degree-level, however applications from candidates with appropriate and relevant work experience or other equivalent qualifications will also be considered
- Experience of managing a service within an education environment or equivalent
- Have a flexible and responsive approach to workload and the ability to proactively prioritise accordingly
