Are you passionate about data and analytics and have demonstrated experience in a large administrative environment? We are currently recruiting for an experienced Strategy and Insights Data Analyst as part of our Customer Strategy and planning team. You will be part of a critical function that contributes to the development of future growth strategies to assist in the delivery of ECU’s student recruitment objectives.
Reporting to the Strategy and Insights Manager, this role involves providing data, analytical and project support to help shape the strategic requirements of the overall Customer Strategy and Planning team.
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience using the Salesforce CRM system
- Experience extracting, analysing and interpreting data from a variety of sources
- Experience in operational project support
- Demonstrated experience in a large administrative environment and the ability to understand and interpret policy, legislative and governance issues

Benefits & Remuneration
This ongoing, full-time position attracts a salary of $82,658 - $89,180 pa plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
