Job Description
While enjoying tropical fruits such as durian, have you ever dreamed of preserving their freshness for a longer time? Would you be interested in how much food is wasted and fight hunger around the world? If so, then why not join a new multidisciplinary team at NUS making efforts to develop advanced edible coating that increase the shelf life of perishable goods. The team comprises of experts on business for market analysis and on technology involving food science, engineering and chemistry. Areas of relevance in Asst. Prof Zhang Sui's group includes new formula development, coating and characterizations .
