About the role

The Office of Engagement, encompassing Advancement, Marketing, Communications, Partnerships, Alumni and Future Students, has carriage of a range of external relations and activities that support the realisation of the University’s Strategic Goals.

Based within the Office of Engagement, the CRM Campaign Coordinator drives the use of the Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and related platforms to effectively deliver end-to-end campaigns, providing data-driven intelligence to marketing, advancement, alumni and recruitment.

The remuneration package available is up to $107,096 per annum (inclusive of base salary $83,370-$91,535 per annum and 17% employers contribution to superannuation).

The successful candidate can nominate to be located at one of the following campuses: Gold Coast, Lismore (NSW) or Coffs Harbour.

About you

We are seeking applications from candidates with specialist skills in contemporary CRM marketing. You will be innovative in your planning and delivery of CRM-based marketing strategies and have a proven ability to utilise data to inform decision making.

You will be dedicated to the delivery of consistent-high quality marketing initiatives and have a proven ability to drive project delivery from lead generation to conversion. You will have strong stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse team, including briefs to content and creative experts and develop lead nurturing strategies with marketing managers and enquiries centre colleagues.

Substantial experience in CRM-based marketing is essential, with Microsoft Dynamics knowledge providing a distinct advantage. You will possess a great attitude and a positive, solutions-based approach to your work.
