Job Description
The Public Health Translational Team in the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health, NUS is seeking a Research Associate to undertake the following:
- To work closely with faculty members and stakeholders on the writing of academic and professional papers in the areas of public and global health
- To perform literature reviews and write research briefs for circulation
- To manage projects of varied scope as needed
- To assist with the collation and writing of various reports on activities conducted by the School
Qualifications
Applicants are expected to have a Master’s degree in any discipline, preferably a Master in Public Health, Public Policy or Biostatistics. Bachelor degree in related field can be considered for a Research Assistant position.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Excellent writing skills
- Pro-active and result oriented
- Demonstrate adequate knowledge in public health and healthcare delivery
- Able to capture proceedings during meetings quickly and accurately
- A team player and able to work in fast-paced environment
