We are seeking a highly motivated research assistant to participate in WiFi sensing using radio signals. Previous experience on remote sensing using wireless communication technology such as 5G, WiFi, and Bluetooth, human gait recognition using machine learning algorithms is highly preferable. The job involves researching the area of “seamless Wireless Communications Sensing.” The job duties include designing, testing, and implementing new schemes for signal measurements, collection of communication channel data, and data analysis. Also, candidates are expected to submit publications to refereed journals and conferences. The employment period is six months up for renewal based on evaluation of performance. Essential requirements for the research assistant include research focus on wireless communication and networking, machine learning, applied mathematics, and interference management and optimization. Good written and oral communication skills in English are essential. Salary is provided based on qualification.
Minimum Qualification Masters degree in electrical engineering, communication engineering, or computer science
